Current Engagements

White Papers

Long-form writing and credibility artefacts that help an organization on multiple fronts: supporting internal alignment, attracting investors, turning skeptics into allies, boosting a founder's presence in the marketplace of ideas. A good white paper is not just technically correct; it is a piece of story — built so that a reader who came for the argument stays for the narrative, and a reader who came for the narrative cannot dismiss the argument.

Investor Thesis Support

For founders raising at Series A or B. The investor thesis is not a pitch deck or a white paper but the anchor of a fundraise: the rigorous articulation of why this company, why this approach to AI, and why now, written to survive scrutiny from sophisticated investors looking for reasons to pass. The work is structural and argumentative before presentational — premises named, assumptions stated, claims defended. The load-bearing document for raising startup capital.

Grey Literature

Internal docs, briefings, working papers, and thought-leadership — the kind of writing organizations produce for their own people, their boards, their partners, and their close professional audiences. Utility papers, position papers, & non-technical. Often the most valuable form of writing an organization produces, and often the form that gets the least careful attention.

Grant Development and Project Narratives

Endoxa works on front-end & middle stage grant pursuit. This can involve moving from grant concierge to drafting the early-stage materials (letters of inquiry, expressions of interest, statements of interest, concept notes) to middle stage (project narrative, consultation, coordination, coherence) — the heart of any successful application. The discipline here is dual: a narrative that withstands the scrutiny of expert reviewers and one that makes them want the project to win.

Ghostwriting

For founders, executives, and thought-leaders with real ideas who need them expressed at the level their thinking deserves. Op-eds, LinkedIn long-form, conference keynotes, founder essays — collaborative work that produces the version of their thinking they would have written themselves, given the time. The market is paying a premium for writers who think like strategists; Endoxa pairs that strategic instinct with the storytelling craft that makes ideas travel.

Consulting and Advisory

Advisory engagements on AI ethics frameworks, alignment strategies, policy submissions, and the normative and actionable foundations of safety proposals. Best suited to teams making early-stage decisions about the shape of a programme — where the question is still which question to ask.

Writing Practica

Workshops, coaching, and embedded programmes that develop the writing and communication skills teams now need to work effectively with AI systems. Built on decades of writing-specialist pedagogy in research-university settings — across the sciences, social sciences, humanities, and professional schools — and re-tuned for the documents and decisions that govern AI-augmented work.

Developing Engagements

These build naturally from the writing and advisory work we do today. They draw on the same craft applied at a deeper layer of organizational practice.

Prompt Audits and Golden Query Writing

For organizations whose AI is now in production. Prompt audits review what is currently deployed — system prompts, agent instructions, scripted language inside chatbots and tools — and identify what is doing harm, what is brittle, and what should exist but doesn't. Golden query writing develops the canonical test cases an organization needs to know whether its AI is doing what it is supposed to.

Working with Frontier AI: Communication as Practice

Vibe coding raised the floor for non-engineers and the ceiling for skilled ones; prompt engineering taught a generation to think carefully about how they talk to machines. Both frames are starting to creak. Frontier models are no longer tools to wield or junior partners to supervise — they're senior colleagues to query, push back against, and reason alongside. The discipline now is a full-fledged communication practice and a behavioural science in miniature. Endoxa works with organizations adopting this as a rigorous methodology for thinking with frontier systems.

Organizational Charter and AI Operating Doctrine

Most AI adoption is piecemeal — different teams choosing different tools, different policies layered on different systems, different assumptions about what AI is supposed to be doing in the first place. What's needed is normative AI orchestration: mission, goals, and values codified in ways that guide deployment across an enterprise. That is what AI Charters (or 'Operating Doctrines') are there for and why we offer them.

Value Alignment and Constitutional AI

Drafting, reviewing, and refining the normative content that governs AI systems — model constitutions, behaviour policies, principles documents, and the underlying value architecture they encode.

Red-Teaming and Adversarial Evaluation

Adversarial evaluation of AI systems against constitutional and established ethical criteria. Deploying models of human persuasion and coercion, dark-triad and adversarial-personality literatures, game theory stratagem, social engineering, and the philosophical literature on ethical edge cases.

AI Safety

Substantive engagement with the safety research agenda — reading and contributing to the conversations around alignment, evaluations, capability and propensity testing, and the philosophical foundations of safety cases.
